Animal Rescuer Makes Plea for Help in Reuniting Bonded Pair of Brothers
They never should have been separated.
They never should have been separated.
We always see videos from shelters about the animals that are up for adoption. They share their stories in the hopes that a family will want to adopt and bring them home. But this story is hoping the power of social media will do something a little differently.
TikTok user @shirascottastrof adopted a sweet dog from the Carson Shelter. The only thing that's missing is this dog's brother. The two of them were a bonded pair, but instead of staying together, the brother was adopted first. This TikToker is now hoping to find who adopted the brother and bring them back together. Check out their story.

Ugh, our hearts are breaking. We hate to see such a bonded pair get separated like that. And we feel so bad it's been difficult for this doggo. We wish they would've been adopted together, but hopefully, they'll be able to find the owner and get these siblings back together. Fingers crossed!
@twosweetgoldengirls said, "The shelter should have never allowed that." We totally agree! But we also understand that things happen and who knows, maybe the alternative was to put them down. All that matters now is getting these two back together.
"You guys are angels trying to get them back together," commented @grumpy.0. Retweet! We're hoping that social media works its magic once again to find the woman. We'll be patiently waiting for an update on this story!
