Cat's Unexpected Reaction to Meeting Baby Is Total Cuteness Overload

The people in the room were so delighted!

We all know that cats can be very independent animals. They rule the house and think only of themselves. So winning over their affection is no simple task. But sometimes, cats will surprise you and they'll instantly fall in love with a human.

That's what happened in this clip from TikTok user @nellythetinycat. Nelly the cat was introduced to a baby. At first, it looked like Nelly wanted nothing to do with the baby but not so fast. Nelly does something that will completely surprise you.

Aww! How adorable is this?! We really thought Nelly was turning around at first because she was not impressed with the baby. But then she was snuggling all up next to the baby. The caption was absolutely right - cuteness overload! And that's probably why the video has over 3.2 million views within the first few days.

"The cat approved the baby's existence. Congrats lol," said @okiamanartist. A well-deserved congrats because that doesn't happen often. They should cherish this cat's approval forever. LOL!

Or maybe the cat wasn't actually approving and doing what @porcelainballerina wrote, "It's marking its scent on the baby. That's their baby now." Honestly, that's very on par with cats. They do like to rule the household so Nelly was just making sure the newest member of the family knew who was in charge. HA!
