Deaf French Bulldog Is Capturing People's Hearts on TikTok

She's an absolute doll!

Training a new puppy is hard enough. You need to have a lot of patience because it takes time and they won't get it right away. Now imagine training while learning your puppy is deaf. That's what this family is currently doing with their French Bulldog named Peanut.

Known on TikTok as @peanut_dafrenchie, these owners started to suspect Peanut was deaf about a month after picking her up. Peanut was having difficulty with name recall and she slept through loud noises. But despite not being able to hear, Peanut still wears the biggest smile on her face and she's learning quickly. Check out the rest of her story!

Aww, we love Peanut! These owners went to the vet to confirm their suspicions and yes, Peanut is deaf. Although it adds a level of difficulty to training, they're doing such a great job. The hand signaling is AMAZING! And you can clearly see Peanut gets so much love from them both.

"She is sooo adorable. Beautiful to see sign language with dogs. Had no idea this existed with dogs. Thanks for sharing this video with the world," wrote @user9217821261795. We didn't know people used sign language with dogs either! So cool!

@JAFS1234 commented, "100% perfect!! Peanut is adorable." Seriously though, have you ever seen a cuter Frenchie!? @emilybgonzalez9 added, "She's gonna live a joyous life despite any obstacles, I can see it on her sweet face." We can see it too! A joyous life with the most loving family. We can't wait to see more of Peanut!
