Don’t miss out on a Clifton Fire Jam this winter

Once a month, at Clifton 2nd Beach, you can experience a truly unique event: a community Fire Jam by FireTribe. That’s hot.

The exact date is only decided a week or two before the event, which makes things that much more exciting.

Everyone is invited; it’s free; and you’ll get to experience live fire dancing and music. Bring your squad or get to know a few new people. Fire Jams are all about coming together. There are a few important rules:

For fire dancers:

  • Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join.
  • No fuel, no fun – please bring your own.
  • Please join an established fuelling station rather than using your own concoction.
  • Please be conscious of the beach and use spray-off buckets and spill trays.
  • Stay safe: check yourself before you wreck yourself.

For musicians:

  • All acoustic instruments are welcome (encouraged).
  • No sound systems, please.
  • Quiet time is at 10pm.

For spectators: 

  • For your own safety, please respect the edges of the fire dancing circle. Please understand that we may be asked to move back/sit down so that performers can spin safely where everyone can see.
  • Please take your trash home with you. The bins are not big enough.
  • Please use bags or jars for your candles.
  • No fireworks, bonfires or Chinese lanterns.
  • Drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis in public areas is illegal.

Our fire-dancing performances are full of energy and excitement, perfect for entertaining and creating beautiful memories. FireTribe works only with professionally trained fire dancers and we pride ourselves on the high quality of our shows.
