Cape Town – The blistering rise of Amapiano music seems to be gaining even more momentum as artists from South Africa ready themselves after Afro Nation announced that the festival will head to Miami in May this year.
The Miami event is set to take place at Loandepot Park on May 27 and 28, with Nigerian artists Burna Boy and Wizkid headlining the event. Uncle Vinny – a South African media personality – was announced as the host.
Other South Africans readying themselves to blow the American audiences away with sizzling Amapiano performances are Uncle Waffles, Vigro Deep, Musa Keyz, Focalistic and TxC.
“#ANM2023 First phase line-up has arrived, and be honest, both stages are looking sweet,” Afro Nation wrote on Instagram.
