It’s the last few days of the school holidays. Make sure you squeeze in these epic adventures before classes start. Children and adults will be reeling…
1. RUSH Claremont:

You will be bouncing off the walls at RUSH – just one of the massive trampoline parks in our city. Trampolining is not only great fun, it’s good exercise, too.
RUSH is a huge park filled wall-to-wall with interconnected trampolines. They have tumble lanes, a free-fall stunt jump foam pit, dodgeball courts, basketball lanes and more. It’s not just for “trampoliners” either; for non-jumpers, there’s free Wi-Fi, a viewing gallery, a coffee shop and lots of big screen televisions.
For the kids, RUSH offers jumping, birthday parties, toddler sessions, after school freestyle coaching, tumbling sessions, teenage disco nights, school and university groups and more. And for adults, there is open jumping, some freestyle performance trampolines, dodgeball and corporate team building events.
Safety:
All of RUSH’s equipment is designed with safety in mind, and the park has an extensive list of rules and is filled with trained staff; one only needs to practise a little bit of common sense. Safety is of the utmost importance to the park operations team, who are parents themselves.
Trampolining attire:
It’s recommended that you wear comfortable clothes, such as shorts, tracksuits, and t-shirts. No sharp objects, like belt buckles or clothing studs, are allowed on trampolines. No jewellery is permitted while jumping, either. All jumpers must wear RUSH’s non-slip trampoline socks while jumping for safety and hygiene reasons, and once purchased (R25) they are yours to keep.
