‘No dating here. Nothing says Romantic’ – Social media reacts to Enhle Mbali’s cheating allegations

Cape Town – Social media spiralled into a frenzy after evidence surfaced, alleging that Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa has been having an affair with a married man “for years”.

Valentine Bango has accused the actress of having an affair with her husband, Justice Huni, using social media to confront the media personality.

“So I have something very painful to say,” she confessed.

“Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa and my husband Justice Huni have been having an affair for years. They have been keeping this secret and this year they finally decided to tell me.

“They decided to tell me because they wanted her to join our marriage as a second wife. They tried to make their affair look pretty. Unfortunately you can’t turn dirt into gold,” Valentine wrote, adding that she had rejected and dismissed the proposal.

“I have never and will never agree to polygamy. This might be the way of life for others but it’s not what I want for my life,” she added.

Social media users expressed what they thought of the accusations. Taking to the comments section of the Instagram posts exposing Enhle, some were not convinced that the allegations were true.

“No dating here. Nothing says Romantic,” one user wrote.

“Her proof is not proofing, she’s not adding spice,” wrote another.

“There’s nothing here tho?” wrote another user, appearing confused.

However, others took an opposing view.

“Why don’t married women deal with their cheating partners or husband’s whom choose to have female besties while married … it’s always a women’s fault,” wrote a commenter.

“This man clearly doesn’t want u cc heal,” typed another.

An Instagram user, @kimmmy.kimm.kim, called Enhle out on her actions while being a “GBV spokesperson”.

“People seem to not be understanding here, the problem is not the sthembu thing but the fact that Enhle, a GBV spokesperson entered someone else’s marriage meanwhile she’s always preaching about what black coffee put her through but then still goes a head and does that to another woman.

“She claims to support woman but then she still goes ahead and hurt an innocent woman.”

“Am I the only one who sees nothing wrong, just small talk… hauw ngeke shes insecure if she thinks this is cheating,” wrote @home_stay_food_ect.

Users reacted with mixed emotions to the tweets sent out by Valentine. One user claimed that Valentine’s husband “is single in the streets”.

“Is your husband the same Justice Huni who owns Cotton Lounge in Bryanston. It’s right in my backyard so I go there from time to time when I’m bored. If it is him, I can assure you now, you’ll be releasing statements every month babe. Your husband is single in the streets,” wrote @WifeOfAristotle.
