Parents Train Dog to Help with Twin Newborns So She Won't Feel Forgotten

This is so beautiful, we aren't sure where to begin.

A couple known on TikTok as @uhohtwins has a Chocolate Lab named Lucy. For the last 7 years, it was the three of them glued together. But that all changed very quickly when the couple found out they were having twins.

They didn’t want Lucy to feel left out when the twins arrived so they did everything they could to keep the dog involved. This video shows exactly how involved Lucy is in helping her little sisters. It’s truly amazing!

Stop it! We don’t even know what to say. This clip left us speechless. It’s so sweet and beautiful! Lucy actually helps out with her tiny sisters by fetching their milk or bringing them a toy. Ugh, our hearts can’t handle this cuteness!

“She does more chores than my husband,” said @tammymaharaj1. LOL! Why is this so true? And unlike our partners, Lucy didn’t complain at all. “She’s like, ‘What’s next Dad?’” commented @ashli_hott2023311065. She’s the best helper we’ve ever seen. We’d hire her to help out our house in a heartbeat.

Another TikTok user, @brokenonpurpose, wrote, “Absolutely amazing. She should always feel like she’s part of the family. Her bond with the twins will be beautiful too.” Their bond is already beautiful and it’s only going to get stronger! “I love that you adapted tricks she knew to make her part of the process of raising the twins so she doesn’t feel left out,” added @vonne317booklover. SAME! This is seriously such a smart idea for all pet parents who are bringing home a new baby. The more help, the better!
