1. Try an origami class

Every Saturday, you are welcome to join local enthusiasts in the Japanese art of folding paper into decorative figures and shapes in Bo Kaap at the famous coffee shop, Against the Grain Coffee.

The class is led by the Cape Town-based master of origami and Guinness World Record holder @jooj_art_.

2. Take in a concert at Kirstenbosch

3. Cuddle up with some kittens

TEARS Animal Rescue will be having a Cattery Open Day this coming Sunday. Pop in at Wang Farm and meet the fury friends for free cuddles. This is a family event, bring the kids to meet with TEARS’ beautiful juveniles and some sensible and loving adults too. You might end up adopting your new bestie.
