Symphony of Love – Pratibha Singh Baghel & CT Philharmonic Orchestra
Featuring the sensational songstress from India, Pratibha Singh Baghel, live in concert with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, this world premiere event is a confluence of the rich musical traditions of India and classical music.
The “Symphony of Love” concert will present a carefully curated collection of popular old film classics, current Bollywood hits, and ghazals that have been rearranged for orchestra.

Resilience
The New World Dance Theatre (NWDT) will be performing as part of their fundraiser for their United States tour with the American company, Karlovsky & Company Dance.
NWDT were invited to collaborate with Karlovsky & Company Dance in a performance and teaching exchange in March 2020. However, it was put on hold due to the pandemic.
Resilience is a collaborative performance with invited guest dance companies and studios from Cape Town. The Artscape is hoping to raise sufficient funds through this collaborative performance to continue their relationship with the American company.

Cinderella
Following shortly after a magical festive season, Cape Town City Ballet presents the folk fairytale of the sweet-tempered “Cinderella”, a young woman with a kind heart left in the care of her two generally disagreeable step-sisters and step-mother, who contribute greatly to Cinderella’s woes.
But with just a little hope, a bit of bibbity bobbity boo, and a fateful glass slipper, Cinderella meets her Prince Charming and is whisked away to a happily ever after.
The graceful dancers of Cape Town City Ballet delight in bringing their audiences this magical and uplifting tale where happy endings always prevail. Audiences will be treated to a sparkling and captivating journey of magic, wonderment and all the feel-good moments of the summer season.
Bonus: The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra appears at select performances.

The Romantic Tour live with Manana
“The Romantic Tour” live with Manana will be bringing a highly anticipated solo acoustic concert to Cape Town this February.
He will be taking his audience on an intimate musical journey with his serenading voice and piano playing that’s sure to be an unplugged experience to be remembered.
Ndumiso Manana, born in the humble hills of Swaziland, began his musical journey in a choir school at the age of eight and hasn’t looked back since. The 24-year-old artist is now an up-and-coming singer and songwriter, stepping away from traditional jazz into the world of contemporary R&B and soul.

Acapella Music Festival
The Acapella Music Festival is a community-based initiative that aims to establish new partnerships with youth and surrounding communities through music and entertainment, making up for the loss of competitive art forms in townships, which are filled with new faces and talent.
The Rainbow Arts Organisation conceived of the festival after witnessing the dedication of a cappella groups who tirelessly sing for commuters at various taxi ranks throughout the Mother City.
The festival will feature 20 musical groups with an opportunity to showcase their talents, promote their music and create job opportunities for youth in the arts and culture industry.

A Letter to Azania
It has been a few years since Thaniswa Mazwai graced the stages of Cape Town.
In an exclusive one-night-only performance, the songstress will be taking the audience on a sonic journey she calls “A Letter to Azania”, which will feature favourite hits from multiple genres such as jazz, funk, reggae and gospel.
“A Letter to Azania” is a unique musical about a letter the singer is writing to “Azania” – a place of freedom. You will be taken on an exploration of this utopian motherland through a selection of songs that have influenced her over the last two decades.
